How do I confirm and formalize my reservation?
You can confirm your reservation of the holiday home you have chosen by phoning us personally or by contacting us through our e-mail address email@example.com. To formalize the agreement you will be asked to pay a 25% down payment by bank transfer or online at our website.
How can I cancel the contract?
In case of cancellation we charge (less energy costs, final cleaning, laundry):
- up to 49 days before arrival: 10% of the rental price
- up to 30 days before arrival: 30% of the rental price
- up to 21 days before arrival: 60% of the rental price
- up to 0 days before arrival: 90% of the rental price
Nevertheless, the advertiser makes every effort to rent the property elsewhere. The tenant can provide a replacement tenant for the same contract conditions. If the tenant breaks off the stay prematurely, he remains obliged to pay the full rental price. A cancellation or cancellation can only be made in writing. Decisive is the day of receipt of the declaration by the landlord. For cancellation costs with an agreed upon agreement, a lump sum of € 150 is due.
We recommend taking out travel insurance.
When and how do I pay the rest of the amount?
You can do so in two ways: You may pay 6 weeks before your arrival through bank transfer or online at our website.
What is the arrival and departure schedule?
Your chosen holiday home will be available to check-in from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of your departure. Abiding by this schedule is of utmost importance as it allows us to guarantee the best quality cleaning and maintenance of all the apartments and villas. Some adjustment may be permitted in exceptional cases to facilitate the entry or the departure of the holiday home. There will be an additional charge of 50€ for late night check in after 11pm.
Where will I be handed the keys?
Your keys will be handed over at the house, where we will meet you. Please inform us about your arrival time as soon as possible. On the day of your arrival we would ask you to call us 1 hour before arrival. In any case, you will be given a phone number to be able to contact us for any necessary information or assistance upon your arrival.

Are the electricity and water bills included in the price?
Yes, they are included in the price as is written in the price list and contract. If you need more than this, we have to charge the consumption. We will read the electric meter on arrival and departure.
Will I have WiFi?
Mostly all our houses and apartments offer WiFi for free. Please read description or contact us.
Is there a hairdryer?
Yes, every bathroom offers a hairdryer.
Are bed sheets and towels included?
Yes, all our apartments have bed linen and towels, making it unnecessary for you to bring your own. For this service we ask 15 € per person.
How equipped is the kitchen?
Our kitchens are fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances. However, do not hesitate to contact us if you are in need of something in particular.
Do you have baby cribs?
Yes, we have baby cribs/cots available for the use of our guests. Please note the importance of informing us of your requirements as soon as possible beforehand.

Do you have cleaning service?
You will find your holiday home perfectly clean and prepared upon your arrival. However, if any of our guests wish to hire an additional cleaning service, periodic or otherwise, we may facilitate the acquisition of such. This, however, is not included in the price.
May I bring my pet?
Pets are allowed in almost all of our holiday homes and apartments. However, it is best that our guests confirm beforehand. We charge 25 € extra for cleaning.
